Each incentive program is built from scratch around the company brief. The two productized tours — Porsche Europe (5 days, Alps) and Tour de Côte d'Azur (3 days, Monaco) — are good reference points for what these programs typically look like and what they cost.
Past briefs have included sales-team reward trips, executive bonding retreats, channel partner programs and milestone celebrations. We have designed proposals for groups from 4 to 30 people, across budgets and across multiple European regions.
How the process works
- Discovery call (15 minutes). Cohort size and seniority, target dates, business outcome, budget framework.
- Draft proposal (within a week). Itinerary, cars, hotels, logistics, indicative pricing. We send a PDF you can share internally.
- Iteration. We refine based on your feedback — different dates, different city, more or fewer driving days, partner programs for spouses.
- Confirmation and deposit. Once the final program is approved we confirm the hotels and cars and bill the deposit.
- Run the program. Niro personally leads every program.

- From €4,990 per person — Porsche Europe (5 days through the Alps, with helicopter flight)
Custom incentive programs typically sit in a similar range per-person, with adjustments for group size, hotel tier, additional days, and any private add-ons (chartered helicopter routes, yacht charters, branded content production).
What we don't do
We don't run programs that try to fit 50 people into one cohort — the dynamics don't work and the guests notice. We don't quote programs we haven't operationally validated. We don't accept briefs where the goal is volume over experience.

- How is an incentive program structured?
- We start with a 15-minute discovery call to understand the cohort, dates, business outcome and budget framework. We then come back within a week with a draft program — itinerary, cars, hotels, logistics and indicative pricing. From there we iterate to a final proposal.
- What does an incentive program cost?
- It depends on the program — group size, duration, cars, hotel tier and inclusions all move the number. As a reference point, our productized tours start at €4,500 (Côte d'Azur, 3 days) and €4,990 (Porsche Europe, 5 days) per person, double sharing. Bespoke programs are quoted individually.
- How far in advance should we book?
- For peak-summer dates (June-August) we recommend confirming 6-9 months ahead. For shoulder season (April-May, September-October) 3-6 months is usually sufficient. The bottleneck is typically hotel rooms in Monte Carlo Bay or the Alpine spa hotels, not the cars.
